Owner George Koulouris is renowned within the Greek food scene with almost 30 years of experience and 5 successful restaurants to his credit. His latest success is Souvlaki George greek street food Sans Souci, located in the heart of coastal southern Sydney.
George has introduce chef Chandan ( Adoni) Panchkoti as a partner in this new venture. Chandan has worked with George in many of his previous restaurants.
Fresh quality meats and local produce is prepared daily to ensure every customer enjoys the highest quality food deliciously prepared with Greek tradition. George has imported the latest in rotating spit technology to ensure all meats are slow-cooked to retain their juicy tenderness.
